The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fit Litter DE, the European branch of Fit Litter. Fit Litter DE operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Fit Litter DE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment has been processed and a confirmation email has been issued by Fit Litter DE.
Fit Litter DE reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

All products are intended for personal household use only.

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
Shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

You agree to maintain up-to-date billing and contact details so we can process your payments and communicate with you as needed.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once products have been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or force-majeure events are beyond our control.

Fit Litter DE is hosted on Shopify Inc. While Shopify provides the platform that enables our Services, all sales and transactions occur directly between you and Fit Litter DE.
Shopify is not responsible for any product, service, or transaction offered by Fit Litter DE.
