Fit Litter DE – Refund & Returns Policy

We want you (and your cat!) to love Fit Litter. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right 🐾

Refunds for Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us at meow@fitlitter.de with your order details.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation email).

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials or products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons once opened

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at meow@fitlitter.de within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly — whether that means a replacement or full refund.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.
If you exercise this right, we will refund your payment once we receive the returned goods in their original condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email meow@fitlitter.de with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a shipping label.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
